Dim, flickering braziers provide meager light sources amidst the howling blizzard, casting long, deceiving shadows across the icy streets. For VTT encounters, the deep snow zones can be designated as difficult terrain, severely limiting mobility. The heavy snowdrifts serve as excellent heavy cover for ambushing witch-hunter patrols or hidden creatures of the night. Rooftops are heavily burdened with snow, offering precarious but advantageous high ground for those brave enough to scale them.
