Welcome to Sector 4. The Intake & Processing center is the first nightmare new arrivals face. Once a sterile, highly organized checkpoint where prisoners were stripped of their belongings and identities, it now stands as a chaotic testament to a recent prison riot or sudden abandonment. Shattered glass from decontamination showers crunches underfoot, and the cold, unfeeling tile floors are slick with leaking chemical agents. Tactically, this map heavily emphasizes environmental hazards. The piles of discarded high-vis jumpsuits provide low, unreliable cover, but the real threat comes from above. Malfunctioning automated ceiling turrets sweep the area erratically, forcing players to time their movements, utilize cover, or hack the local subnet to survive the crossing. Game Masters can use this map as a harrowing infiltration point for a prison break or a tense bottleneck where players must fend off security forces while slicing into the inmate catalog system. The linear flow of the intake process naturally funnels combatants, making area-of-effect weapons highly effective but incredibly risky in the cramped processing lanes.
