This industrial sub-level was once a standard processing facility for a massive orbital station or deep-space vessel. Now, the bubbling vats of green bio-waste and malfunctioning filtration pumps have turned the area into a hazardous labyrinth. The dim lighting and constant hum of machinery provide the perfect atmospheric tension for survival horror encounters. Tactically, the map revolves around the slippery metal catwalks that bridge the large, open waste vats. These narrow pathways act as treacherous chokepoints where one wrong step (or a forceful push) sends a character plummeting into the toxic sludge below. Large industrial pumps and structural columns offer heavy cover against ranged attacks, but sightlines are constantly broken by steam vents and spraying greywater. For Game Masters, this map is ideal for an ambush. Xenomorphs or mutated experiments can use the vats to conceal their movement, erupting from the waste to drag unsuspecting players down. Consider adding environmental hazards where missed blaster shots might rupture a pressurized pipe, spewing acidic or toxic gas into the claustrophobic corridors.
